Tour description Day 1 We start our trip at 6:00 am in a 4x4 car with a approximate duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes departing from the city of Santa Marta. 8:40 a.m. we will arrive at Palmor the coffee capital from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and taste a tipical delicious breakfast from the region. 10:00 am get ready to hop on the truck for the settlement La Bodega, we are going through an ecological path, visualizing farms, coffee makers, panela fabrication etc. 23:10 arriving in La Bodega and explore. We will start our walk that will last 35 minutes, observing nature in its splendor, taking a panoramic view of the settlement, we continue our walk until we reach the indigenous people. 12:05 pm visit the Kogui indigenous community and learn from its oldest, on this site we will have a contextualization with the indigenous people. Here they will be provided with lunch, dinner and our resting will be in a hut. Palestine has an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level. On this site you can bathe in the crystalline waters that this great place offers us. Day 2 06:00 am breakfast 07:00 am departure time along natural, ecological path's heading to the next technical stop called the hut from Mobújale above 2700 meters, where we will have dinner and rest for the night. This walk will take approximately 6 to 7 hours. Day 3 06:00 am breakfast 07:00 am departure time heading to Laguna Shami base camp. Duration 5 to 6 hours, this walk is demanding, we will pass through valleys, savannahs, moors, hills, slopes where it make us feel on a different planet, until you reach the sacred lagoon on 3700 meters above sea level. This place is magic because there lives a endemic species called the Barbudito hummingbird. Day 4 7:00 am breakfast 8:10 am Visit the surroundings of this beautiful place. It's up to you if you like to rest or to explore more. You can also take a walk where we will ascend to 3800 meters observing the Colon and Bolivar peaks. Then we return to the same place for dinner. Day 5 07:00 am breakfast 08:20 am our group will return by the same path in which we had ascended in a period of approximately 5 hours until reaching the hut Mobújale, where we will have lunch, dinner and rest for the night. Day 6 6:00 a.m breakfast 07:00 am departure to La Bodega where the car awaits us, a duration of 5 hours. 01:30 pm arrive in Palmor to eat lunch. 2:30 pm departure to Santa Marta. 4:30 pm in Santa Marta
